Pre-Event

The pre-event is an intense preview of the TMS experience packed into one day. You’ll get a taste of our innovative teaching methodology, start building valuable connections, and gain insights into the key learning topics.

 

Kick-off day

Now it’s getting serious, we dive deep into the TMS experience, offering you the curriculum, methodologies, and prototyping knowledge you’ll need. 

Enjoy inspirational talks and plenty of motivation to fuel your journey. 

Form your dream team

We give you plenty of time before the event to get to know your future team members. Use every opportunity to exchange ideas and interests in order to complement each other perfectly in the team roles.

Discover PHase

 This phase focuses on extensive research and exploration to uncover insights and user needs.

You’ll dive into understanding real-world problems and opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with your team to gather data, conduct interviews, and analyze findings.

By the end of this phase, you’ll have a solid foundation of knowledge and a clear direction for innovative solutions, setting the stage for successful prototyping and development. 

Define Phase

The define phase follows the discover phase, where you synthesize the insights gained to clearly define the problem you aim to solve.

This stage involves analyzing and organizing data to identify key challenges and opportunities.

Your team will create clear problem statements and define project goals, ensuring a focused approach to developing innovative solutions. 

Develop phase

This phase focuses on brainstorming, ideation, and prototyping.

You’ll leverage creative thinking and collaborative efforts to design and test multiple concepts.

Iterative development and user feedback are key components, ensuring that your prototypes are refined and optimized.

By the end of the develop phase, you’ll have a functional prototype ready for further validation and testing, bringing your innovative ideas closer to reality.

Deliver Phase & Demo Day

In the deliver phase, the focus shifts to refining and finalizing your solution for presentation and implementation.

This stage involves rigorous testing, iteration, and validation to ensure your prototype meets user needs and project goals.

You’ll prepare detailed documentation and presentations, showcasing your journey from concept to solution.

The culmination of this phase is Demo Day, where you’ll present your polished product to stakeholders, receive feedback, and explore opportunities for further development and potential market entry.
